Everything was very easy, so were scenic views of the harbor and sunsets. My room was spacious with climate control and a balcony. The bathroom was excellent with a tub.

Would definitely come back as it was a restful stay on vacation.

The hotel is quirky, with a perfect breakfast, luxurious rooms and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Air conditioning and a balcony in the room, great and brilliant location. The pool area is heated too. Modern interior, nice restaurant.

The rooms were fashionable, recently renovated with 2 beds, ideal for us.

The room was great-sized with a green-friendly style, delicious treats and a central view and the breakfast was free. The hotel was lovely quiet and in a central location near to restaurants, and the ocean after the breakwater. Went to Pilot House Restaurant for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

I recently stayed at a charming harbor inn in the coastal town we visited. The location surprised me with its beautiful views and proximity to downtown. The staff went above and beyond, providing a warm welcome with a plate of goodies, a handwritten note, and a watercolor postcard as a souvenir. The room and bathroom were clean and comfy, and the service was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the soothing ambiance provided by the piano player and fireplace.

I did notice some noise from the stairwell area, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

I was staying one night and stayed three as it was a comfortable setting and convienient to Many attractions in Maine

I would like to comment on the staff, the young kids that help run the programs for the childen were excellent,I almost wished I had our childen little again. They had programs for all ages and they were having a ball. We had just as much fun watching the kids, and the staff's patients with the kids was unbelievable. The food was excellent. I would go as far to say the chef was a "Five Star"chef.The breakfast served every morning was "fab".We will be back and look forward to another Wonderful Stay. Thank You go's out to great staff.

The one and only problem we had was the bed,it was very uncomfortable. Did not look forward to going to bed.

The restaurants here were amazing and we were impressed with the food and the staff - this place provided everything we needed.

the house i stayed in was air conditioned with queen bed. actually everything was modern, my next choice again in kennebunkport.

My room had very limited view.

Fresh breakfast selection for all tastes with the different daily offerings and omelet station, for instance. A nice size rooms with the water available and a picturesque view, for instance, excellent service...

Not welcoming at all staff!
